Coaching services are designed to teach you skills to both recover from codependency and to stay in recovery. In our coaching sessions, I will tailor our time together to best meet your needs but some common topics addressed are: understanding more about why you developed codependency, learning steps to improve current relationships, how to set meaningful boundaries, and developing greater self-love and self-care. With our coaching sessions, you will not only learn how to enter and stay in recovery but you will have a supportive ally who is personally in recovery. I know that entering, and staying in recovery, are completely attainable and I want to show you how to live interdependently where there is so much more peace and joy.

Coaching sessions are a wonderful way to support your recovery and learn to also value yourself as we must do when we become interdependent.
